Chaplain Training

RockFish Church is seeking compassionate and dedicated Chaplains to provide spiritual support, counseling, and pastoral care to our church members and the wider community.

Chaplains will play a crucial role in nurturing the spiritual well-being of individuals, offering comfort during challenging times, and promoting a sense of community and faith within the church.

Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth.

Qualifications

What Are Qualifications For The Chaplain Training Program?

Men and women are invited to join the RockFish Church Chaplaincy Program. Key qualifications include:
  • Strong understanding of Christian doctrine and biblical principles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  •  Compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to pastoral care.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Demonstrated experience in providing spiritual counseling and support.

  • Respect for diverse cultural backgrounds and faith traditions
     
  • Adherence to ethical and confidentiality standards
